EP2 GREASE
Description
Ball Bearing Grease EP 2 is a multipurpose calcium complex grease of NLGI No.2 consistency having good extreme
pressure,anti-oxidant and anti-rust properties.
The grease enjoys excellent storage and service stability.Application
The Ball Bearing EP 2 greases is ideal for all plain and anti-friction bearings of industrial equipment used in heavy
engineering units, machine tool units, textile mills, paper mills, fertilizer plants, tea garden machinery, sugar mills,
Fettling grinding machines in Castings & foundry units, TMT Mills roller bearings etc., particularly where contacting
surfaces are exposed to very heavy pressure and shock loads. With the use of Castrol Ball Bearing EP 2 Grease, the
service life of lubricated parts (even when subjected to heavy shock loads) gets increased appreciably as the EP
additives provide a high degree of film stability to combat shock load fatigue stresses. These greases can easily be
pumped through hand or power operated dispensing systems over a wide temperature range. -
GEAR OIL 320, 220,680
POWEROIL GEAR SP oils are extreme pressure type industrial gear oils formulated using
highly refined mineral oils and fortified sulphur phosphorous type additive package, which
impart excellent anti-wear and extreme pressure characteristics. They have excellent thermal
and oxidation stability, good demulsibility and de-foaming properties.APPLICATION:
Recommended for lubrication of heavy duty enclosed gear drives with circulation or
splash lubrication systems operating under heavy or shock loading up to operating
temperature of 110 ˚C.
Recommended for systems, with plain and roller bearings, sliding surfaces, chain
drives, sprockets, flexible coupling employing splash, circulation or spray lubrication
systems, requiring oil to withstand extreme pressures.
Not suitable for lubrication of gear systems with brass, bronze and white metal
components. -
GRAPHIT 33
1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Graphite lacquer for conductive coatings. Thermoplastic binder with electrically conductive
graphite powder.2. FEATURES
• GRAPHIT 33 contains a high level of pure and fine graphite powder. This results in a good
electrical conductivity, as well as gliding and release agent properties of the graphite
lacquer. The coating exhibits good adhesion on metal, many plastics, glass and wood. -

CRC High Temperature Grease is a high performance EP (extreme pressure)-lithium
complex grease based on high quality semi-synthetic oil. For the long-term lubrication of
rolling-element and sliding-contact bearings under extreme pressure load at high
temperatures. Suitable for the lubrication of oscillating bearings. Especially recommended for
wheel bearing lubrication in cars and trucks.

HYDRAULIC OIL 32, 46, 68
POWEROIL HYDROL oil is formulated from highly refined base stocks and suitable
additive package. It is designed for systems where anti-wear protection is needed. It also
works well where non –anti wear hydraulic oil is recommended.APPLICATION:
Recommended as fluid media for hydraulic systems and hydraulic pumps in
stationary as well as mobile equipments under moderate operating conditions.
Recommended for circulation, splash, bath and ring oiling systems of both plain and
anti-friction bearings, gears of industrial machinery, chain drives and crankcase
lubrication.
Not recommended for lubrication of turbines and equipment’s having white metal,
silver or silver coated components. -

POWER GEM MP3 (LITHIUM COMPLEX)
POWER GEM MP3 LITHIUM COMPLEX GREASE is a high performance, heavy duty extreme pressure
grease made from Lithium soap to withstand high pressure and harsh operating condition.
It is used in lubrication of slide, ball and roller bearing, wheel -bearings, universal joints, chassis and
various shock loaded or vibrating application in transport, agriculture and off road vehicles.
Suitable for general purpose grease for industrial applications requiring a NLGI 3 grade extreme
pressure grease and high operating temperature.
Advantages:-
It has got very high drop point and anti-corrosion properties which protects the parts from wear and
corrosion.
It has got very high water and temperature resistance properties which makes it suitable for universal
application thus optimizing the inventory. -
PAINT SPREY
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
All surfaces must be free of any grease, dirt, rust, moisture, loose paint, or
any other material which might interfere with proper adhesion. Glossy
surfaces must be dulled by light sanding. Metals should be rust free and
primer should be used for best results. Cover adjacent areas with Abro
Masking tape to protect from spray mist. Use at room temp.
Shake can vigorously for one minute before spraying and occasionally
while in use to ensure color uniformity and prevent clogging.
On previously painted surface test spray in a small inconspicuous area.
Hold can 12-16 inches from surface to be sprayed.
Press spray button rmly with steady even strokes while moving can
rapidly back and forth. Finger must not protrude over front edge of spray
button. 2 or 3 thin coats with intermittence of 10 min. are better than one
continuous heavy coat.
Should paint bubble or run, you are too close to the surface or spraying
too heavy coat.
After use, turn can upside down and depress valve button for several
seconds to clear valve until only gas emerges so as to prevent clogging.
Discard empty can in trash pickup. Do not place in home garbage compactor or burn.
